Founded in 2004, PC PROS of California is a practical and holistic approach to Computer Sales & Service focusing on small businesses consisting of experienced professionals (not Craigslist amateurs) who believe that our customers are served best when we provide excellent service and focus on providing the best computing experience while optimizing the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) over the life of their PCs.

New Computers Monitors Keyboard Mouse Battery Backup Surge ProtectorWhether you are an individual or a small to medium-sized business , our sales vision is to provide strictly top quality components that carry full manufacturer warranties and recommending only proven technology; we find our clients are much happier, and we both sleep better at night, and are better served in the long run using this simple, effective and proven approach.  Our role is to work with you to maximize the power of your PC as a tool for development, whether it is financial, personal, and/or creative.

On the service side, we know that navigating the waters of I.T. for the small business-person is a daily challenge, even if you are extremely computer savvy.  Wasted hours by you or your untrained staff can waste valuable time and money.

When you're ready to take care of business, we're ready to help.

At PC PROS of California, you will know, up-front what to expect and what your choices are!

The hidden advantage
our clients experience is that they gain back lost time and are able to focus more time on their business -- what brings them cash --  and not the distractions of their IT infrastructure.  Our clients demand uptime, and we know it's our job to deliver.  Every day an employee occupies a seat that is afflicted with spyware, virus or other "mal"-ware, (or just misconfigured) is a day your business had a bottleneck, and a day money slipped away.  The secret is to recognize this problem and act on it by solving it.

Just call us, we can help!

As a local company, PC PROS of CALIFORNIA cares more about our clients and takes the time to understand your business and then to recommend how to provide simple ways to match our services to your needs, recommending and implementing technical solutions so you can manage your business with less effort.  It's the value that is difficult to measure, but you sure can tell the difference!

Newsflash

According to a memo being reported on by Information week, the US Department of Transportation has issued a moratorium on upgrading Microsoft products:

Concerns over costs and compatability issues has lead the federal agency to prevent upgrades from XP to Vista, as well as to stop users from moving to IE 7 and Office 2007. As the article says, 'In a memo to his staff, DOT chief information officer Daniel Mintz says he has placed "an indefinite moratorium" on the upgrades as "there appears to be no compelling technical or business case for upgrading to these new Microsoft software products. Furthermore, there appears to be specific reasons not to upgrade."
